Aren’t you happy it’s Friday?? I couldn’t seriously do a longer workout today. We’ve been moving to our new home since the 15th and for the past 2 days we’ve been cleaning the old house and making sure everything is in order. I think we’ll be recovering from the move for the entire weekend. It’s good to do a short workout just to get the blood flowing and get some energy tho. The Keto diet has helped me to stay sane and keep a good sustainable energy, however I am going to bail out tonight, because all I can think of is wine and crackers. I’m not even ashamed to admit that I need a glass or two (or three) to celebrate that the craziness around the move is over. I’m also looking forward to eat a whole bunch of cherries that I’ve been drooling over in the store like a drug addict every time we went there.
Btw, how is your arm balance practice going? Are you ready for a new challenge on Sunday? I’m wondering because I’m seeing great progress and I haven’t been even doing the full arm balance workouts every day. I feel pretty confident that I will be able to go from Crow to Headstand and back to Crow fluently. We have two more days to get better! XO Z
Workout Breakdown
1. Lunge to push up knee tuck combo x 6 alternating legs
2. One arm Kettlebell Swing x 10 alternating arms
3. Jump Lunge Kick up x 6

Great workout for a busy day for me. As for arm balance, I am making improvements! I can hold a crow for a longer time. I did manage to move from tripod back to a messy crow but only briefly. I can already do headstands, so I got back into practicing those and moving in and out of one with control. Happy weekend, everyone!

I honestly think it’s cool that you let people know you splurg every once in awhile! Makes us feel normal! My neice and nephew stayed overnight and this morning bought a breakfast pizza and cake donuts! I have the will power thank goodness, but I honestly could devour both the donuts and pizza! Oh well, I just ate the topping of the breakfast pizza and moved on!!! Thanks for all that you do!

Did this one twice along with #42…though on the second time, I decided to swap out some of the kicks for fun/variety! 🙂 I mixed up front, roundhouse, and hook kicks. Fun!!
Ugh, I’m behind with the arm balance, so am trying to take it slowly. I’ve gotten better at holding the crow for longer (yay!) but don’t feel like I’m quite “there” yet…so I’m just continuing working at that! I can do a handstand, but I’m tentative about the headstand — I have neck problems, so I’m a little nervous about the pressure throwing things out of whack. 😮

I did 3 rounds of this workout to make it 15 min and followed with Arm Balance 5 and some stretching afterwards. So far I can only hold the crow pose for a couple of seconds, so no tripod for me yet. I’ll keep practicing though. I def need more arm strength. I really enjoy the Arm Balance Series, but my honest opinion is that a week is not enough to make so much progress for people who haven’t attempted a crow pose or headstand (aka myself) ever in their lives.

Hey guys 🙂
I tried to go to headstand from crow pose and it worked. I wouldn’t even think I could do it! So happy, yayyyy :))))
I can’t go back from headstand to crow yet,but I hope I’ll nail it till Sunday! 🙂

Brilliant, well done Magda! I still haven’t worked up the courage to go into a headstand from crow, feel as if I’ll break my neck! I’ll have a go tomorrow … Would love to manage it before Sunday.

Hi Zuzka! Loving the arm balance series, I NEVER thought I’d see progress as quickly as I have. My arms are pretty skinny and weak (much stronger since I’ve started with you!), so I’ve had some struggles getting from tripod prep back to crow (although I’ve had a few successes followed by many squeals of delight). I’m getting into my headstands so much faster though, and I feel an overall strength improvement in my arms, wrists, and shoulders. I’m keeping up with the series, but only just barely! Hopefully I won’t be left in the dust on #6! Thanks again for offering this program, it’s so fun!
