Have you ever done a workout in your bikini? It actually feels really good 🙂 Especially this one, where we don’t move that much. It’s a super easy routine, that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. My thighs are still a little bit sore after the 15 Minute Fat Burn we did yesterday, so this is exactly what I needed for my muscle recovery. How about you? How are you feeling? Do you ever get sore as a result of your training? What do you do to feel better?

    The links weren’t working this morning,so I checked out zwow #9 on youtube & did that instead.i was so surprised when I found that I was going faster than you in the second round.I have never gone faster than you Zuzka,I’ve kept up with you certainly but never faster.I feel great that my performance & strength has improved so much since I started your workouts last year & I can’t wait to do the new improved zwow #9,I surely won’t be racing ahead of you! 🙂

    Unfortunately I would rather die than work out in my bikini. Hopefully one of these days I will get my hormones under control, and therefore my weight. I have very fond memories of the days when I actually had a metabolism….

    Oh yay… loved this. I did it as active recovery after cardio shred 7. It was a really nice way ease down after such an intense workout. Going straight to favs <3

    did approx 130 reps total. Felt good even after doing Summer Shred #8 and Beginner Cardio #4. Now it’s time for some stretching.
