My butt and legs are still hurting from the Lifted Butt Series I shot 2 days ago, so I decided to do an ab workout with just a light leg and glutes involvement. It really helps if you do move and stretch when you’re muscles are sore, but no need to over do it. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Have fun with today’s workout and check out Periscope app if you want to follow my live streaming!

P.S. The Lifted Butt Series is going to start in two weeks.

 

 

Workout Breakdown

  1. Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug
  2. Plank Knee Tucks (forward, sideways) to Push up alt.
  3. Side Plank Leg Lift – Left
  4. Side Plank Leg Lift – Right
  5. Twisted Sit Ups

Each exercise is 1 minute long. Do as many reps as possible for each exercise.

    that was brutal.. couldn´t do that plank so helped myself and did it on the elbows :-/

    ohhhh looking forward to the butt series! will love it!
    i’m a little afraid of side planking action… my waist is the opposite of tight ;p

    Surprisingly harder than it looks! Felt the burn into my 2nd knee tuck! 🙂
    Marked as a fave because I’m going to NYC for a vacation in about 2 weeks time & this workout is perfect before hitting the streets in the big apple.

    My side planks were very wobbly at first and my wrists strained so I did them on my elbows instead, then I added the same exercise at the end with a corrected posture, I hardly felt my wrists but it was still hard! Look forward to 5 Minute Workout #35 later
