My butt and legs are still hurting from the Lifted Butt Series I shot 2 days ago, so I decided to do an ab workout with just a light leg and glutes involvement. It really helps if you do move and stretch when you’re muscles are sore, but no need to over do it. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Workout Breakdown
- Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug
- Plank Knee Tucks (forward, sideways) to Push up alt.
- Side Plank Leg Lift – Left
- Side Plank Leg Lift – Right
- Twisted Sit Ups

Those side planks were pretty tough. They didn’t used to be. I’m glad I’m getting in the habit, again, of working out with you every morning. You’ve been my best workout partner for about 8 years now!

Zuzka, another great ab burn!!! Did this after one of your workouts from the power strength series dvd!! Have all of your dvds and still use and love them!! Why replace something when it works perfectly fine? Yoga mats are made with gross chemicals so I’m happy with my dirty mat I’ve had for 5 plus years 🙂

Doing the side planks barefoot hurt my feet. Lol it was ab/cardio so cool! Butt series. Yes. Z if you ever need a friend to workout with………. I would love to join you!! Lol
