My butt and legs are still hurting from the Lifted Butt Series I shot 2 days ago, so I decided to do an ab workout withΒ just a light leg and glutes involvement. It really helps if you do move and stretch when you’re muscles are sore, but no need to over do it. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Workout Breakdown
- Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug
- Plank Knee Tucks (forward, sideways) to Push up alt.
- Side Plank Leg Lift – Left
- Side Plank Leg Lift – Right
- Twisted Sit Ups

I’m still unable to do pushups without being on my knees.
I’m wondering how to build up to it. Should I do as many as I can — even if it’s just one? Or maybe there’s a better way.

Way harder than I expected. I did the Summer Shred #7 before this one. This would easily be a workout added to another 5 minute to make a full workout. But for just 5 minutes, this was pretty challenging! Mainly the side plank lifts were hardest for me. Genius. Working some of my weakest muscle groups: obliques and inner thighs….Felt fatigue in my quads, too.

I love the one minute intervals better than the other ones as I feel i work harder during these and rest as needed. My rests may be short or longer depending. This is rest based training, correct?
