My butt and legs are still hurting from the Lifted Butt Series I shot 2 days ago, so I decided to do an ab workout withΒ just a light leg and glutes involvement. It really helps if you do move and stretch when you’re muscles are sore, but no need to over do it. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Have fun with today’s workout and check out Periscope app if you want to follow my live streaming!

P.S. The Lifted Butt Series is going to start in two weeks.

 

 

Workout Breakdown

  1. Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug
  2. Plank Knee Tucks (forward, sideways) to Push up alt.
  3. Side Plank Leg Lift – Left
  4. Side Plank Leg Lift – Right
  5. Twisted Sit Ups

Each exercise is 1 minute long. Do as many reps as possible for each exercise.

    It feels soon good to workout with you again πŸ˜€ !!! I’m so happy ! I modified the first exercise because I still can’t do a proper push up, I just didn’t and kept going !!! Amazing 5 min abs, I’m sweating so bad, it’s really hot right now there is no air, but I’m gonna try the JRC #16 NOW πŸ˜€ SO EXCITED !!!

        Yes, I’ve been late because I didn’t have time to modify the workouts so I could do it, because I still can’t lift any weights, and I can’t challenge my arms too much, I can’t do push ups πŸ™ but I’m back on track, I’ve been doing two workouts today (I can do the JRC without any problem :D). So I made my own routines for the past week πŸ™‚
        I’m feeling so so so great after a good cardio, and it’s so crazy how fast the results comes πŸ˜€ so happy !!!

    This was tough even though it’s all floor work. Got me sweaty and winded…dang, those side planks were brutal! Great workout! Thanks Zuzka.

    Dear Zuzka, a lot of women have Diastasis Recti problem. Is it safe to do your abs workouts for those of us who have it? Can you come up with solving exercises or maybe give us alternative ones to replace the ones you do during workouts? Thank you in advance,

    I did 2 rounds of this workout after 20 min of ZWOW #9 and 10 min of 5 Minute Workout 43. It was very hard! This is really cool abs workout!

    This was tough! Couldn’t hold the side plank the whole time, not for lack of trying!! And I had to bring my heels down in between the reps of the twisted sit ups.
