My butt and legs are still hurting from the Lifted Butt Series I shot 2 days ago, so I decided to do an ab workout with just a light leg and glutes involvement. It really helps if you do move and stretch when you’re muscles are sore, but no need to over do it. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Have fun with today’s workout and check out Periscope app if you want to follow my live streaming!

P.S. The Lifted Butt Series is going to start in two weeks.

Workout Breakdown

  1. Scissors (x5) to Knee Hug
  2. Plank Knee Tucks (forward, sideways) to Push up alt.
  3. Side Plank Leg Lift – Left
  4. Side Plank Leg Lift – Right
  5. Twisted Sit Ups

This one is fun! But the side plank is so tough, especially for my weak arms!

Oh yeah! I underestimated this workout, Side Plank Leg Lifts after another 2 ab exercises were brutal, my hands did not want to hold me and my legs did not want to rise 😄 Some 5 minute workouts are like a rest, but this one really tortured me today 🙂 Have a lovely day Darlene! 🌹

I did the push up knee tucks on mini parallel bars and I love it! Love it! It feels so good in the shoulders, abs and hips. Love these twisted sit ups, too! I love the challenge of the leg lifts from side plank. So much fun. I’m aiming to finish at least three 5 minute workouts today. AND I’m doing my mobility, of course.
