Did you ever notice the similarities between dogs and their owners? I think that Charlie and I do look like we belong together. He’s been my family for over 8 years and watched hundreds of my workouts šŸ™‚ If I could recommend anything else for your active living, besides regular exercise and healthy diet, it would be adopting a dog. He’ll lift your spirit and your ass off the couch. He’ll be your best buddy for hiking, running, swimming, and watching movies. Seriously, I couldĀ not imagine my life without him (and Santino, Coco, and Gypsy).

I hope you’ll have fun with today’s workout and take your best friend for a long walk, hike or at least a short run afterwards! šŸ˜‰

    I did this one workout 5 times through (15 rounds in 50/10 intervals) + 5 sets (25 rounds) of 5 MINUTE WORKOUT #48 ā€“ CARDIO! It was cool workout!
