Did you ever notice the similarities between dogs and their owners? I think that Charlie and I do look like we belong together. He’s been my family for over 8 years and watched hundreds of my workouts 🙂 If I could recommend anything else for your active living, besides regular exercise and healthy diet, it would be adopting a dog. He’ll lift your spirit and your ass off the couch. He’ll be your best buddy for hiking, running, swimming, and watching movies. Seriously, I could not imagine my life without him (and Santino, Coco, and Gypsy).

I hope you’ll have fun with today’s workout and take your best friend for a long walk, hike or at least a short run afterwards! 😉

    Zuzka, this one was intense & fun! I’m still not able to do the full pistol squat with the weight, I used a 10lb DB! Did this for my fit Sunday ;-).xoxo

    Nice short, but intense workout! Was planning on doing 4 rounds, but reconsidered after the 5mins were over. Especially knowing that I still had my homework to do (100 KB jump squats for the lifted butt series bonus). Good decision, ’cause my legs were dying by the end of those jump squats!

    I love your adopt a dog advice! Even in the small area where I live, there are hundreds in the shelters. 🙁

    You posted this right after we decided to adopt a dog (in the near future, after we get our yard fenced in). 🙂
