Did you ever notice the similarities between dogs and their owners? I think that Charlie and I do look like we belong together. He’s been my family for over 8 years and watched hundreds of my workouts š If I could recommend anything else for your active living, besides regular exercise and healthy diet, it would be adopting a dog. He’ll lift your spirit and your ass off the couch. He’ll be your best buddy for hiking, running, swimming, and watching movies. Seriously, I couldĀ not imagine my life without him (and Santino, Coco, and Gypsy).
