I’ve been enjoying probably the last days of summer here in L.A. and couldn’t resist to do one more bikini workout 🙂 even the bruises on my leg didn’t stop me, which reminds me I wanted to warn you from slippery pool sides. Too bad, I didn’t have the camera rolling then. I’d finally make a contribution to one of those popular compilations of fail videos on YouTube.

Workout Breakdown
1. One leg bridge to Sit up L+R 20X alternating (optional add weights)
2. Leg extension to high plank – Left 10X
3. Leg extension to high plank – Right 10X
4. Plank jack to side stretch – alternating sides 10X
