I’ve been enjoying probably the last days of summer here in L.A. and couldn’t resist to do one more bikini workout 🙂 even the bruises on my leg didn’t stop me, which reminds me I wanted to warn you from slippery pool sides. Too bad, I didn’t have the camera rolling then. I’d finally make a contribution to one of those popular compilations of fail videos on YouTube.

Have fun with your workout and if you feel like doing more, you can do a few of my 5 minute workouts or repeat this routine 2 or 3 more times! XO Z

 

 

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

Workout Breakdown

1. One leg bridge to Sit up L+R 20X alternating (optional add weights)

2. Leg extension to high plank – Left 10X

3. Leg extension to high plank – Right 10X

4. Plank jack to side stretch – alternating sides 10X

1 round – you can challenge yourself and repeat this workout for a total of 3 rounds

      Did it as a 15 min and managed 202 reps but sped up only in a 4th round haha I just enjoyed those moves, felt very tranquil 🌼

    Haha, I was telling my man today how her body is my dream body and he kindly offered to help me stretch 2 more inches so I can at least be as tall – gotta love him! 😀
    My check in: Homework in the morning, and this as a warm up to the arm balance. My arms are on fire because of yesterday, I hope it goes down quick!
    Keeping it light today, hopefully will have the time to do benchmark before I go out in the morning tomorrow.

    Z, just wanna say this workout was lovely for yesterday. School has been tough the past few weeks, and I have an irregular schedule every week. So I’ve been under more stress, constant constant studying, and much less sleep than I need. I was not going to even work out yesterday, but this one was perfect. I did it twice. I also like how it was similar to yoga in that, by getting the form down as perfect as I could, I felt some mild stretching and loosening in many parts of my body (especially hamstrings and hip flexors). 🙂

    Also want to comment that I see lots of people are jealous of you. I hope you don’t feel hurt or offended by what they say. I also have endured those comments all my life. Because a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen, as well as doing physical activities that I enjoy, have easily kept my body in shape. And I also have very little cellulite and stretch marks. My arms naturally have almost no fat on them, just muscle now. It’s not hard to have muscle definition, since I’ve been playing sports since age 4, every year of my life. So I get comments ALL THE TIME like “I hate you, you’re so perfect” (when I’m NOT). and yelling at me for how I have the perfect body or no “jiggle” or the “perfect skin”, etc.

    Have to say that I’m Italian (first generation) and grew up eating a traditional Mediterranean diet that was higher in vegetables and olive oil and anything else. And plenty of sardines and anchovies. Kind of guarantees good health and good skin…..
