I know that not all of you probably want to do anything right after Thanksgiving, but trust me, when I say that a short workout like this will make you feel better. This routine is really fast moving and it’s over before you even know it. Don’t skip a day, don’t talk yourself out of it. Let’s do this!
I really suggest that you have the names of the exercises in front of you and maybe watch the workout first before you do it so that you’re not lost. You won’t have time trying to figure out what is the next exercise while you’re trying to move full speed through it.
Workout Breakdown
25/5 sec each interval
1. Triple Goblet
2. Knee hugs
3. Backward lunge pass under alt.
4. Jump Lunge kick up
5. Suitcase squat to pass under
6. Side to side quick squats
7. one arm Swing alt.
8. Side jump lunge
9. Pass Under Elbow Strike
10. Laying hip Raises (bridge)

Great workout- I did it without the video and I much prefer doing it with you Z! Hopefully it works tomorrow and I’ll do it again. Kinda weird because I did Cardio Shred 20 and that worked.

๐ I was able to get anothe hour-long walk in tonight, and just did this twice through! YAY!! I wanted to do three but I fight a neck and hip issue that are zero fun and I don’t use pain killers. So I work up to doing at least 15 min a day when this happens, so I use movement to get me back on track.
Did you get this routine done too??๐๐

For me – don’t worry about my pains! I’m fine AFTER I do these routines, every time. If I miss them is when I get in a lot of pain. I did this one gingerly tonight, fearing my ability to make things worse, but I really do view these workouts as a ‘saving grace’ in my day. This one really called to me this morning and I looked forward to it, even though my upper neck/shoulder, and low back, and feet were really hurting. I took the walk and came home sweaty and just got on it! I love that first move and it just got me going = and NOW I have ZERO PAIN. ๐ ๐ ๐ .. the positive input we TELL ourselves helps us get out of the pain we suffer, if we are listening to our bodies and actually do love them.
so let this ring true for you too, and just think and DO things that tell your body you care about it .. rather than fall for the “advice” that we stuff pills in it to quiet its voice.. lol ๐

Tanya I agree with you 100%. I had much pain also before starting with Z. Neck and back. I have been with Zuzka for around 7 years now and I am in better shape now than I have ever been. I think one of the big differences for me is the diet at this point. I always did her workouts but never really bothered too much with the way I ate. Wow, what a huge difference. Even after 2 babies during this time, I am still in better shape than before! I am so thankful to Zuzka for everything. And I agree so much about feeling better AFTER the workout. Makes a gloomy or painful day shape up quickly in the opposite direction everytime!!!
