This workout was so intense that I couldn’t keep up with how many rounds I did. If you’ve been experiencing the same thing, don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with you. It just means that you’re really pushing yourself which is awesome. I suggest you to use some efficient counting method like having a bunch of coins on one side of your exercise mat and each time you complete a full round, you move one coin to the other side. It’s the fastest counting method I’ve ever done, because it doesn’t require any thinking. It’s just a quick move with your hand to push a coin away from you. If you have any other tips or suggestion on how to count reps and rounds effectively during the workouts, please let us know in the comments.
Workout Breakdown
5 minute AMRAP
1. Jump Tuck x 5
*an easier modification would be jump squat and low impact would be weighted squat
2. Criss Cross Commando Push Ups x 4
*an easier modification would be plank criss cross knee tucks (no push ups)
3. Plank jump to squat (x2) Knee hugs (x2)
* an easier modification would be jumping your feet forward when you’re in the plank, leaving your hands on the ground and low impact modification would be 2x plank knee tuck instead of each jump so 4x alternating knee tucks.

I did this workout after JRC # 13. I did 8 rounds plus up to 4 criss cross commando pushups. I really didn’t want to but once I hit the start button on my timer I was already committed lol

It’s a birthday workout for me, today! 😀 11 rounds, exactly…and I’ll grab another 5-minute one later in the evening.
I saw someone here mention using coins a while back and thought it was a super idea! So I’ve been doing the same…I’ve found it works GREAT! I keep a stack of pennies in our workout room. On days like today where I decide to work out in a different room, I wind up using something else: today was a stack of cat toys! 😉

This was a fun routine! I am so proud of myself as this is the only workout i did plus the ego scue prevention. It is so hard for me to take recovery days. I worked hard this week and felt soreish, and tonight i feel great and refreshed for tomorrow.

Did this after today’s body crush27 and 5 min abs with Swiss ball. Couldn’t do this yesterday so I came back to kick its ass today! 9 rounds plus 5 tucks. Loved it!

I’m glad I waited today to do this workout it’s the warm up to the main workout. I was on my skis after a really long break, so my legs were tired. I managed the 11 full rounds and the 5 jump tucks, but it was really hard!!!!

Hi Zu…yesterday I did not try this one…I practiced a 50 min yoga focused on strength and abs…it was intense. I will do this one some other day! See you, take care.

I really like the new tracker!!!! Yay, it is much simpler!
I think I got 11 rounds, but honestly I think I lost count. Not sure. It was super fun and definitely made me sweaty and almost out of breath!
