This workout was so intense that I couldn’t keep up with how many rounds I did. If you’ve been experiencing the same thing, don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with you. It just means that you’re really pushing yourself which is awesome. I suggest you to use some efficient counting method like having a bunch of coins on one side of your exercise mat and each time you complete a full round, you move one coin to the other side. It’s the fastest counting method I’ve ever done, because it doesn’t require any thinking. It’s just a quick move with your hand to push a coin away from you. If you have any other tips or suggestion on how to count reps and rounds effectively during the workouts, please let us know in the comments.
Workout Breakdown
5 minute AMRAP
1. Jump Tuck x 5
*an easier modification would be jump squat and low impact would be weighted squat
2. Criss Cross Commando Push Ups x 4
*an easier modification would be plank criss cross knee tucks (no push ups)
3. Plank jump to squat (x2) Knee hugs (x2)
* an easier modification would be jumping your feet forward when you’re in the plank, leaving your hands on the ground and low impact modification would be 2x plank knee tuck instead of each jump so 4x alternating knee tucks.

Zuzka, it would be helpful if you posted how many reps each full round is like you’ve done for other workouts in the past. I’m not sure how many reps to count #3. You put 4X next to it. Is that how many reps your counting it as because in the video you only did 1X not 4X.

OK I did this already today(‘s morning), 15 min. AMRAP and I was able to complete 10 full rounds, *wo.Ot*! (no easier variations for me) 🙂 Third exercise I did 4 sets (instead of just one as shown on video by Zuzi, even though she has “x4” written on its description 🙂 ). I found the criss-cross press-ups the hardest one XD, specially after the Jump Tucks because ones heart rate gets so high that jumping into the Crisscross directly turns that into one really bad-ass anaerobic exercise. Loved this!

10 full rounds + 5 jump tucks. I had to watch the video again to figure out my rounds, had kept up with Zuzka until the very end when she snuck in the 4 extra commando push-ups. 😉

Wow I loved this one. I did this as a bonus after summer shred #5…. it was BRUTAL. I totally underestimated how hard it would be. So happy to have completed that!!
