This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

I love working out with you in ZGYM for 2 reasons (there are more, of course, but these are the most important):
– I learn how to reach my goals. It’s hard and painful, but it teaches me discipline and focus on what’s important at the moment. I constantly live with a muscle soreness, but I know that the past version of me would be proud of what I’ve already achieved with you, Z ๐ And due to the discipline and the will power that I developed while working out, I’ve got my dream job. It was all about consistency…

I don’t have resistance bands and had to improvise with a large rubber band, it hurts but it gets the job done. I would so love to win some from you! ๐
