This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

Hey Zuzka,
I’ve been working out with you for 5 years and have never been fitter or stronger. I am easily able to work out in my basement with you at any time during the day when I can squeeze it in my schedule. I’ve converted a couple of my gym going pals to you, and am always proud to tell people where I workout and who I workout with. In the past 5 years, I have accumulated some of the equipment you have used, and I am so excited about my growing home gym! I much prefer investing money into equipment I will have for life rather than throwing it away at the gym.

I LOVE YOU and your gym, Zuzka! Iยดve only been subscribed on the ZGYM for 1 month, yesterday started my second month Yei! And i already love ZGYM for lots of reasons:
-The first one is that i already feel myself stronger, more flexible and agile/faster not sure how to describe it but its AWESOME.
– I love that the workouts are not a certain program that you can never end because you get bored, they are challenging and you never know what you’re going to have to do, and most of the times my own body surprises me on how much it can do and we don’t explore it.
– I love that we are warriors, since i was little i got inspired by characters like Lara Croft, Buffy and Alice (Resident Evil) and wanted to have that strength.
– I love the time! Besides of having loooots of different workouts on the ZGYM with different targets most of them are short an HIT Tabata like, most of them make you feel the work instantly.
– I love the platform, how you can track your progress, the recipes, save favorite workouts and recipes.
I’m really glad i found you again Zuzka, thanks for everything! ๐

I love workout with Zuzka at the ZGym because I can literally roll out of bed and do my workout. I have seen better and faster results with her workouts than when I used to do Crossfit or other home workout programs.
My endurance has increased and I am constantly beating my personal records every time I do her workouts.

I’m 19 and I’ve been working out with you for 4 years now. I never stopped training almost every day since. I know I am still very young, but you have changed my view of health and physical activity forever. But more importantly you changed the vision I have of myself. My body and my mind can nerver thank you enough cause now I’m stronger and feel f***** good day after day.
Now the only thing I need to do is to get my equipment ready, warm up and lets do this !!!

How you make others feel, says a lot about who you are. The hard work puts you and me and everybody here, where the happiness and the good luck can find us! Watching you, kicking your own ass by working out and achieving your goals, made me realize we all should dream big and chain our goals. ๐

I love working out with you in the ZGYM as it gives me energy, makes me feel good about myself as my health and strength improve and I just love your personality. Your workouts are awesome and your kindness and energy gets me through the days where it is difficult to be motivated. But with consistency that only happens sporadically!
Even the days where health are and issue and working out becomes more difficult or when I cannot workout with the intensity I would want to, you make sure I still feel good about what I am doing. You always make sure people have a positive attitude to how they approach their health and fitness.
Keep being awesome, (and also don’t pay attention the people that only use the internet to criticise. Sadly they will always be there, whatever you do, no matter what choices you make.)

Zuzka, I’ve been following you since 2009 & working out with you in the ZGYM from the beginning! I love how I can do your workouts at home as well as when I’m traveling! You are hands down the best trainer there is, demonstrating each exercise and the proper form to do them. Most of all, you are so motivating!! If there’s ever a day I don’t feel like working out, all I have to do is play one of your videos, and I’m right there with you, challenging myself & feeling great afterwards! As I’ve mentioned before, I can’t thank you enough for inspiring me daily & helping get me in the best shape of my life!!! ๐
