This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

I love working out with Z way more than following most other programs, because it’s a lot like a video game (I love videogames). The weekly workout schedule is the path you follow. You beat challenges (improve your time, do more reps than last time, master a new exercise), you level up by getting stronger, you improve your weapons as you progress (get a bigger kettlebell), and in the end, you earn the amazing body you know you deserve!
For me, that gamification is definitely the biggest appeal to the ZGYM. That, and Z’s really addictive personality.

Hello ZGym members and Zuzka,
I’ve been working out with yours and Zuzka’s help in the Zgym since May 2015. With this workout, as well as with every workout I have experienced the following “side-effects”:
– dangerous motivation to start my day (can’t wait for new workouts to be posted, to challenge me)
– alarming stamina (I never feel tired anymore and have much more energy for all my activities)
– suspicious flexibility (I can bend to reach, grab anything from any position)
– contagious happiness (my family members and friends have began working out with me)
This is not an exaggeration. Zuzka and Zgym members, you are a large part of what keeps me going as a human being. You are one of the life-purposes for which I wake-up everyday, besides my family, friends and work (I am a teacher so I am lucky to love my job ๐ and count it as a life-motivation to better myself).
Zuzka, although I truly believe and can prove with pictures that anyone who follows your workouts and advice will have a body similar to yours, I do NOT believe this should be a motivation. If Zgym can teach you anything it would be this: No matter how your body is esthetically, if you train in a fun and consistent way it will become a vital tool in everything you do (not a hindrance). Your body was meant to help you in surviving, not to hurt you or make you feel insecure. Thank you Zuzka for helping my body reach its potential and purpose!

I love working out with you Zuzka because even 1hour + workouts didn’t kick my butt like you do in a quarter the time!
I’m a mother to 4 beautiful children & I look better than I did in high school. More importantly, ive made my health a priority after being inspired by you!
Last year I placed in the top 20 of over 200 women in my age group for an obstacle course/race without specifically training for it – just my usual ZGYM workouts every day!

OMG! Because after my workouts i feel i am unstoppable, and i can do more reps day by day, and get more persistent during the workouts! I cant get enough :DDDD
Furthermore i couldnt imagine that I will ever be able to lift a kettlebell, but a few months ago i went to a shop and bought my baby and now i am in love with her.
In addition, i learnt a lot from your essays about ingredients, health, balance between body and mind. Thanks a lot for this โฅ
Ps: I broke away my power bands because I am super, super strong ๐ haha

Hey Z …. I found you in 2010 nad was addicted from the beginning !!! That was what I was searching for. At that time I couldn’t do one single push up. But now push ups are easy for me and I am working on my chin ups. I am so proud that I can do now a few without support. You are the one who brought me here and I love every single workout I can do with you. I feel really bad when I can not work out with you. I hope you’ll be always there!!!! ๐

I love Zgym because the workouts are rad – I see and, more importantly, feel the results. My joints don’t hurt so much and I’m stronger and leaner than ever. After seven months of working out at Zgym, I can do ten full push ups in a row and two pull ups — for the first time in my life at age 46! And I can work out in my underwear!
