This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

    I love Zgym because I started working out in Beginner Class doing Beginner Cardio until I get some Beginner Strength! On the way, I had to follow few Postural Therapy when I was sore but my progress was fast and when I realized I was doing 5 min workouts easily and then 15 min Fat Burn. My body started really getting in a nice shape and I could also try Kettlebell workouts and Kettlebell all levels workouts. I learnt and practiced JRC and could even mastered Jump Rope Cardio Kettlebell X what was the ultimate challenge. After so many challenging workouts, the Lifted Butt series was easy to me but Arm Balance Challenge not at all! I enjoyed a lot doing the Summer Shred series and Cardio Shred, I really got total shred. I became stronger and stronger and had a real Body Crush! To relax there is nothing better than a Power Yoga and a Bunny Slope workouts. Finally to build myself up, I just need a Black Diamond Upper Body & Abs workouts! But our real diamond is not black but blonde! And she is so special like her Z-specials workouts…the best trainer with best workouts I have ever seen. Love you Zu! <3

    Hi Zu…I just wrote one answer to why I love Zgym but that was an elaborated answer…there are many other deeper reasons…and I think that keeping everybody in shape is the best reason why we love Zgym. Anyways, today I will skip this one because I had training session in the morning and it was hard! Soon I will do this one. Let us keep following with burpees, today was 15 M burpees!     Your workouts have helped me so much. They have helped me get through 3 knee surgeries and an ugly divorce. Thanks to your bunny slope workouts I’ve been able to get myself back into shape after 6 months of recovering for 2 of the 3 surgeries. You are such an inspiration Zuzka, my fitness idol. I’ve been following you for 3 years now an all the progress you have made is absolutely amazing. You are a truly wonderful woman an it’s been amazing following you an your workouts

    Hi Zuzka! I love working out in the ZGYM because you make working out feel so fun and the results have been amazing. I’m 38 years old in April and I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve lost about 15 lbs in the last year and feel great. I never imagined I could do clapping push-ups or handstands, but now I feel like a super-hero! I also love being able to work out in my own home because I’m very introverted and work a crazy schedule on top of it. But I get excited when 5 am rolls around and I get to work out with you. Thank you for being an inspiration, a workout buddy, and a fantastic trainer. The ZGYM is the best investment I could have made in myself and I hope to still be going strong in my 50’s and beyond!

    I love working out with you because you’re pushing me to try harder,you’re an inspiration,you’re a great example of what results we can get from doing your workouts,variety,you have a sweet personality,short effective and I don’t have to leave the house,I like how you explain about perfect posture and the right way to do the moves,you do the count out loud :-),you’re just a pleasure to work out with.The list can go on but I’ll stop now 🙂 Thank you!

    I have been working out with you for 5 years now. I recently took a break to try another workout plan but got so bored that I came back! I love working out with you because you keep things fresh and challenging. I see faster results, not only in the way I look but also in my strength and how I feel! Thanks for your fun workouts and i love your pep talks to keep us motivated! Thank you for all that you do!

    First reason: For years I worked out to get a nice butt again being 38, but my commitment was not 100%. Today it is! and thanxs to your butt series and other Workouts ( I do almost everyone of them) I can finally see changes and also made some really great accomplishments. I suddenly can do a propper pistol on the right leg 😉 not the left yet 😉 since three days ago. It literally took me years to be able to do them .. I’ll send you the video ;)…I can do 30 Jump Lunges in a row..I can do Double unders..Suddenly I have all this strength….and second reason: the powerbands I bought at amazon.de are no good..and..and..and..you are the best of course!
