This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

Vdaka tomu, ze som objavila najprv tvoje videa na youtube a nasledne tvoju stranku sa mi zmenil zivot, aj po fyzickej aj po psychickej stranke.
Najvacsim trapenim bolo pre mna moja vaha, resp. postava, ktora nebola to co by mala a mohla byt. Zacala som cvicit s Jillian a postupne som chcela prejst aj na nejake tazsie cvicenia, ale bala som sa toho, ci zvladnem cvicit podla teba.
Na moje prekvapenie som to zvladla, samozrejme to zo zaciatku nebolo ono, ale postupom casu si myslim ze som sa dokazala vypracovat na nieco, po com som vzdy tuzila (samozrejme to ma este velke rezerevy, ale kazdym dnom sa priblizujem vdaka tvojim workoutom k mojej vysnenej postave (kazdy pozna tie pocity, ked ho iny chvali ako dobre vyzera a ako schudol) a tomu vdacim len a len tebe.
Dakujem a snad nebude problem ze pisem po slovensky 🙂

Hi zuzka! It’s been a pleasure to work out with you (almost a year now)! I’ve definitely see a change in my body and fitness. What I love most is your energy, the excercise combos and how you make it so enjoyable to work hard and reach our goals!! I overslept yesterday, so I did this today following the Black Diamond workout. This was an effective workout—short & sweet. Good option for a hotel room /vacation workout. As always, Love ZGym!!

I love working out with zgym because we it works the whole body in varied ways and I can do it at home. Also, Z’s enthusiasm is perfect and very motivating. I like all the different series as well as its easy to pick something from the vast library to supplement the weekly routines and my gym/lifting workouts. The site gets better and better, Z listens to our suggestions (mine was to be able to save workouts to ‘favorite workouts’), and Z represents the perfect ideal of the American Dream to me in an era when our political parties look to whine and make excuses for people. Here’s someone who busted her ass to make a better life for herself. I can get behind that!
Speaking of asses and behinds, I have a flat butt (which I’ve been working on here), so those bands would be great for a guy like me! Also, I think I’m the only guy here from what I can tell (my wife signed up a couple years ago, but she fell by the wayside and I kept it up, haha), so how about a little love for a flat-assed 41yo who busts his ass but only recently learned how to properly work it (I loaded my quads for the first 20yrs of my workouts career by pushing through my toes, which reflect natural to me. I’m improving with Z’s ‘push through the heels’)! Cheers, Joe

My comment may be at odds from others and hopefully you are able to find it and read it. I found your workout videos from Youtube. I had tried other workout instructors and found you different from the others. Your not afraid to be yourself, you work hard and you don’t “put on an act” when the workouts get difficult. I can also see your genuinty and concern to help others reach their goals. Your monthly price for all that you offer (which is a lot) definitely shows as well. I love the workouts and the nutrition guides (Even made my own cookbook) I’m having a blast cooking different meals for my boyfriend and I. These are just the main reasons I stick to your regimen and as nice as it would be to win resistance bands, I honestly just think it’s a great reason to show recognition and appreciation for all that you do for us members!
