This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

    Ooh why I love working out with you in the ZGYM ? Well I DON’T !!! I mean… it’s painful, I cry a little bit inside every time I do pendulums, my glutes are screaming at me like literally screaming at me to stop (I swear I can hear them) when I do reversed squats, my brain is malfunctioning while I’m trying to focus on my pistol squats’ form … I can’t even think straight, I can’t control my mouth’s movements while lifting heavy weights above my head, I swear things even the drunk version of myself would be ashamed of when I do KB swings, and THEN I have to cross the living room silently like if I was hiding from walkers so my boyfriend don’t surprise me with my red face and half all over the place / half wet hair … all of that crawling because I can’t feel my legs after doing too many jump lunges, not to mention the time I lost just before because I just knocked out on the floor after doing too many burpees … so you ask me WHY I LOVE WORKING OUT WITH YOU ?

    Ooh well, because the feeling of my ripe body the day after … that’s just the BEST satisfaction of all time that can erase all the pain !!!! Not to mention the pride I feel when ending a full consistent and disciplined week with you, you just make me feel Z. 😎

    I have been working out with you ever since my cousin told me about your workouts…5 years ago! I had been trying to get fit with a less than thrilled personal trainer, and the results were just not there. The workouts felt like work and were uncomfortable. The first time I tried your workouts I was hooked! So much challenge and creativity bundled into a wonderful package :). I love your energy and positivity! When your workouts were unavailable I really felt I would never be able to find such uniquely created, FUN workouts ever again! When you came back I was beyond thrilled!!! I love that you’ve created a business for yourself that consists of supportive fans. Your genuine love for fitness, life, and people shines through in everything you do here. I hope I get to benefit from working out with you into my old age! Haha! Thank you thank you thank you!

    What they said ^^^ 😉 Been working out with you religiously for 4 or 5 years now. Through my ups and downs. No one compares. I’ve never had a BFF (best fitness friend) to work out with. So I consider you and all the Warriorz my BFFs 😁💪🏼💋

    I just came across you but I’m hooked. I’ve been a big fan of workout videos from Beachbody, doing step aerobics and other aerobic dancey stuff (I’m a former step instructor) and I do Krav Maga training in a studio. Your workouts are a nice addition because they are short, intense, varied, straightforward, I dont need alot of space or equipment, and very challenging. Right now I’m focusing on upper body and your Black Diamond series. Thank you!

    These workouts are great!! I have been working out for years and these have really helped me take my fitness to the next level. I am constantly challenged and use muscles I haven’t engaged before. I love the variety because I can get bored with workouts very quickly!!

    This was perfect, used it as a ‘buy-out’ for my regular weight training workout, then I added some KB swings and power band extensions to make it a solid 10mins. Thanks Zuzka!
