This is an easy pace workout with the focus on your abs and butt. Friday’s are our short days, so it’s great opportunity for you to take 10 extra minutes after this workout and work on some of the skills you’ve always wanted to master. Some of you still struggle with double unders, some of you need to work on pistol squats or push ups. Whatever it is that you want to get better at, take this little bit of time and work on it. It will pay off.

    I am so glad to have found ZGym!! Since I broke my foot and ankle back in July, I haven’t been able to do long distance running like I used to, but I can do this! I love being able to just work out in my living room and also see results! Big fan, and I also love this 5 minute workout!

    ZUZKA when I went into the 5 minutes workout #66 all that I saw was black screen I can hear you but there is a black screen so I can’t see you workout, also check for some of the other ones that are the same.
