Hey guys,

Today’s workout is focusing on upper body and abs and I want you to give it a try and not get discouraged by the first exercise. Watch the beginning of the video to see the easier modification for the dynamic push up and don’t be afraid to give it a try. I’ve been thinking today how awesome it is to see how many women of all ages are now interested in fitness and getting strong. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up, and I’m glad that we now know that age is just a number and that it’s never too late to become a strong, and confident woman. If you’ve been working out with me for a while and you’re over 30 please leave me a comment below and let everyone know how much you love your training. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one over 30 that has fun working out 🙂

1. Dynamic Push Ups on yoga blocks x 5

2. Bicycle Toe Touch x 10

3. Side Plank lift (x2) to plank side knee tuck / plank side kick x 5/5

1 round is 25 reps. I did 2 rounds and 1 rep of the first exercise.

    Hi everyone, I’m 46 and a mother of 5, and have been working out all my life it seems. I have been around for many exercise crazes, trust me, and have tried them all, and believe me when I say that when I found Zuzka just searching new workouts last year I stopped searching and never looked back. Honestly, with all my kids activities, I don’t have time for more than what she suggests and let me just say that I can do a killer handstand that even my three girls 13, 15, and 18 who were gymnasts, are impressed with. Thanks Zuzka, I am so impressed that you don’t advocate “skinny” but healthy and strong instead. You keep me and my family fit and for that may the good Lord bless you!!!!! You rock.

    Hi I’m forty this July, have been following zuzka for about 5 years now, on and off for the first 2.5 years and religiously since the only ZUZKA’s website started. love working out with you Zuzka!

    I`m 39 years old and follow Zuzka from bodyrockers, 6 years, and I`m in best shape of my life.
    And now I just found out I was pregnant . In fact, I panicked because I do not know how to continue to train …

      If you have been working out for years you should be safe to continue but always speak about it with your doctor. Do you know who Chontel Duncan is? Follow her on FB or instagram. Amazing testament to what your body is capable of doing.

    Hi from Bogotá, I’m 34 years old, and I’ve been working with Z since 2013. My body is stronger, faster, more flexible and resistent than when I was 10 years younger, but more important is that when I knew about Z, I could start being consistent because I can train at home, so I started to notice that is not just my figure but my mind that is changing. I’ve been diagnose with depression, and suffer of panic attacks, anxiety, headaches among other things, I was taking medicine, and trying psicotherapy but nothing was working. Excercising on a daily basis started to show results as I slowly could track improvement in my ability to focus and being able to jump out my bed without thinking oh my… another day… because depression about being out of vitality. So this project is literally helping me to save my life. Of course, is not only excersice, but to start healing menthal issues excersice is the best first aid.
    For that I love Z and I send her my gratitud.

    Hey Zuzka, your workouts have changed my life! I am a 34 year old mother of 3 boys ages 8, 6 and 19mo. I have been working out with you for 4 years and I was able to bounce back after my last pregnancy super fast and my abs are still there and stronger than ever. My husband says I’m smoking and look as if i’ve never had children:) I thoroughly enjoy working out with you and my husband loves to hear your accent when I watch your videos. I’m in the best shape of my life and so excited for bikini season. You rock Zuzka! I hope one day I can workout with you in person:)

    This month its my 37 bday! Im doing excercise all my life, but now, with 3 kids , definitly im in the best shape of my life , my butt and arms are in better shape than ever , tnks zuzka ! i love the zgym!!

    Love reading everyone’s posts! I’m turning 41 next month, have one child, have been with Zuska for several years, can’t even remember! Love the book and gave it as a gift to 2 friends. Always enjoy what Z has to offer online, and I have all DVDs too, cardio, strength, 2 yogas, jump rope, abs, and Kettlebell. The cardio and jump rope DVDs are my favorite and I’ve given them as gifts, but they are no longer available. Hope they can be re-released someday, or new ones made. When I travel and won’t have a strong internet connection, I write out no equipment workouts on index cards. The book is great for travel workouts too. Thanks Z!

    Hey Zuzka! This is great, thanks! I love these 5 minutes workouts!
    I know you basically have everything we need on your site to help motivate us to stay fit and on track, but do you have any tips for getting your discipline back when your food portions have started to grow and grow, and when you find you always want a little something sweet at the end of the day? I want to lose a few pounds by the end of the spring, but I feel like I need to shape up my diet a bit and would love some sort of program/extra motivation…….Thanks for all you do!

    Hi, i am 40. Have been with zuzka for several years now. Also did p90x, insanity en workouts like that, but with zuzka i saw more changes in my body. I have to say that it’s only the last Year i am really watching what i eat. I never was a fan of fastfood , but used too much sugar.
    I have 2 kids and am now in the best shape of my life, but i’m not where i want to be yet.
    I always look forward to what workout we’re going to get. I love the intense, sometimes insane moves. I really feel like a warrior after a workout. I love the feeling of muscle pain. My husband says i’m addicted and it’s true. I will never stop working out with Zuzka. Love it, love her💪👊👍
