Hey guys,
Today’s workout is focusing on upper body and abs and I want you to give it a try and not get discouraged by the first exercise. Watch the beginning of the video to see the easier modification for the dynamic push up and don’t be afraid to give it a try. I’ve been thinking today how awesome it is to see how many women of all ages are now interested in fitness and getting strong. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up, and I’m glad that we now know that age is just a number and that it’s never too late to become a strong, and confident woman. If you’ve been working out with me for a while and you’re over 30 please leave me a comment below and let everyone know how much you love your training. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one over 30 that has fun working out 🙂

31 with 3 kids, I am a personal trainer so I spend my time coming up with workouts for others. Zuzka let’s me just be the client for a change and not have to think about coming up with my own routine! Love the variety and high intensity! Sometimes I procrastinate but having a weekly schedule I make sure I do all of them even if I don’t do them on the right days! Love to all!! C

Hi I am 42 and can sort of say I been working out since I was 6 starting with gymnastics then four or five different styles of martial arts and trampolining. I have also done other workouts like DVDs but have been working out with Z for 3 years now and can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life…fitter than I was when I was in my 20s.Z has also helped me to control an eating disorder that I’ve had for 20 years…the food diary really helps…nothing makes me feel better than these workouts in a morning so MASSIVE THANKS to Z and her team xox

I am 48 with 5 children. I am like the lady above who has workout most my life and have tried everything from T-tapp to Tracy Anderson and whatever else. TA wrecked me and did not put me in a good place and i was so thankful when i braved Zuzka’s workouts. I could not believe how much my body changed and how awesome i felt. I was also a weakling, but not no more. I love all the latest routines and challenges. I am more about what i can achieve vs about how i look and i love it as my children see that. I can not wait until my football college boy sees his mom rock a pull up, one hand push up and handstand push ups and what else Zuzka throws at me. I just did Bodycrush #27 and feel great!

I’m 33, have 4 kiddos, and love working out with you. I’ve done lots of other programs, but always come back to zuzka as a favorite.
I almost completed 3 rounds (3 reps short)
I’ve made advancements in everything, but the 1 arm pushup is still evading me….grrrrr….

I’m so proud of myself and surprised on the other hand 😉 I did those dynamic push ups on the blocks I feel so strong and energetic 🙂 I’ve been working with Zuzka for 3-4 years and I can imagine one single day without You Zuzka and Your workouts. I’ m 39 years old, one kid who supports and admires my progress and achievements. This is my way of life – health and strength= happiness. It was a great 5 minutes workout 🙂

I’ve been following you for 5 years now. I adore you and love your workouts. I’m 47 and am stronger now than I was in my 30s. I was a NSCA-CPT back then and I struggled with trying to get people to want to exercise and be healthy. Everyone wants it to be an easy quickfix not hard work and persistence. The beauty about your website is that people seek you out instead of the other way around. Anyway, I’m looking forward to my 50s and so on being stronger and healthier than a lot of woman my age. I look forward to seeing you on here everyday… your like a good friend. Thanks Zuzka 🙂 <3

I’m 46 and I’ve been working out with Zuzka since last August and I am loving it. I am consistently impressed with the routines and the results! I always think I need to do two of her workouts a day but usually I manage that only once a week ( I do one work out the rest of the days) — I’m stronger, can now do 10 full push-ups, one pull-up and working to more, I have definition in my back, arms, my butt’s firmer and most importantly I feel better. My joints hurt less. And by the way, the postural exercises are excellent, a nice balance to the workouts

I just turned 36 and Ive worked out off and on since my mid 20s when I gained weight due to my love of junk food and a desk job. But I just found Zuzka s website last summer. I cant say thay I enjoy myself WHILE I workout, but I ejnoy (and am now addicted to) the satisfaction I get when I am done.
I struggled with keeping a regular schedule tho until I found this site. I need a program to follow or I get scattered and lost, but all others I tried would bore me after a while with thier repetitiveness. This site is perfect for me because it gives a schedule but is still different every week to keep me interested. Thank you Z!
