Boost your metabolism, burn some calories and earn your post workout meal. This routine is short, but it will get you out of breath in 5 minutes. Try to go through the circuit as many times as you can and then write down your score into the progress tracker below. One round is 36 reps. How many reps total did you do? Challenge yourself, break a sweat!

    I made this a 12 min AMRAP and did 5 rounds and 2 side lunge to clean and press…. I am really nicely out of breath…. 😀

    Now some swings with the beast and shower! This was my 2nd wo today…
