I try to make every round number more special, because it’s like a little anniversary for this series. We broke #70 which is huge and we should celebrate it. If you like to party, get into your workout gear and do this routine with me. I promise you won’t have fun, and you’ll be dead by the end of the 5 minute count down. Isn’t that why you love these workouts so much though? I know I do so I made sure, that this one really delivers the goodies.
Workout Breakdown
5 Minute AMRAP
1. Jump Lunge – 20 reps
2. Everest Climber (x5) to one leg Push Up (x2) x 4
3. Split jumps x 10
4. Wheel Push Ups x 5
5. Pistol Squats – alternating x 6

Was waiting with baited breath for this baby! Congrats and cheers on that #70 mark! So fun!
Can’t wait to bust this baby out tomorrow first thing. I’m still working on my pistols but I am going to use the book under the heel mod you suggested in your Warrior Wednesday so I will bust those babies out too!. The wheel PU’s….eek! We’ll see, but I will go for it.

What fun! Congratulations. Hey, Zuzka, I tried those one legged elevated jump lunges that you posted on instagram. They were great!!! I know some people made comments about them being bad for knees; not all! I did not feel anything in my knees, just in my glutes! Love the new challenges! Makes this old woman feel strong.

Oh thank Z for five minute Friday! I was exhausted today because my two year old got up six times last night with a cold! I was going to at least do a five minute workout and low and behold, it is five minute friday! (Sometimes as a full time mom I forget what day it is!)
I also wanted to ask Zuzka, what advice do you have for someone interested in becoming a personal trainer? What certifications would you suggest, or resources for certifications. Also can you remind us of all of your certifications. I know you must have many by now! Dont worry, I will always be a faithful follower of your workouts, i have been following along for six years now.

Hi Zu and friends! Workout of the day done…I was in need of a super short wo because I need to go out (one more child birthday party…I will eat some not healthy snacks and sweets…oh my! anyways…it will be my diet free day of the week hahahah), I also did 43 M burpees.
