Duration: 15-20 Minutes
- Circle Squats with Swiss ball x 10
- Standing toe touches x 10/10
- Back Extensions x 10
- Push Ups x 10
- Swiss Ball hip cross over x 10 alt.
- Swiss ball hamstring curl x 10

Hi Zu, I did this one today! Great as always…mostly I did 12 reps of each exercise only last one I did 10…really a great exercise! I loved it and I could feel the burn on butt and lower back much more than when I use Kb. My time was 18:21-3 rounds+120 swings homework with 12kg (I did 4x 30 reps with little break)+ few chin-ups and pull-ups. Still feeling pull-ups are very hard…I guess my new door is higher than the door I was practicing so I can not go all the way up. Anyways…keep going! About homework, one day I did 100 swings but I did not write in the comment, other day I did mixed types of swings and today I did normal swings so I am following it also. A great weekend to all. Hi Zu…today I did this workout again…light, effective and with really nice exercises! My neck is better now and this one was a great treat to my whole body helping to release all thight muscles. I did it after my daily Yoga practice. See you, take care.
