    Haven’t done this before, loved it, I needed something quick today and this was awesome! Full body feels it right now, but especially my quads! Used my 30 lb kb

    cause I can’t do really heavy lifting right now I decided to add to today’s Lifted Butt workout some extra cardio and chose this one 🙂 389 reps, 12kg for ex3

    Great addition to my killer leg wo today, always a killer this one, so out of breath, 2 rounds plus 5 burpees , used my 30 lb bell again.

    Wanted some cardio and abs today so picked this one. Used 2× 10kg KBs for ex 3 and completed 3 rounds but took me more than 10 minutes. Tight space so didn’t use jump rope but did high knees with 2 big bottles of water 😅. Finished with 5 min abs 121.
