      So I dont have my 26lb KB and used 2 20lb DBs for the deadlift…was waaaaaaaaay slower then I wanted to be! Much room for improvement. 1R + 10 burpees.

    Love this killer workout. I did 2 rounds + 15 burpees within the 10 minutes and then finished the round and did another. A total of 4 rounds. SUCH AN EFFICIENT hard workout! LOVE!

    2 rounds and 9 reptile burpees. first day with new 25Lb I am sweating like crazy after this one + 5 min #35(?). Game just got serious with this new KB!

    Great workout!
    I did three full rounds. Added triple bounce double unders for 30 and 70 high knee rope
    I also added a Pushup to Burpees. Loved this! Thanks so much!

    Hi Zu! Wow…harder than it seems! This reptile burpees are killer and my abs are sore…feeling a lot! I did 2 rounds+12 reptiles within 10 min but finished 3 round also I think in 12 min. Next time I will set chronometer…I am travelling today and will be back on Tuesday, it is holidays here. See you all, take care…a nice weekend to everybody!
