    loved it! 2 rounds plus 60 rump rope high knees in the third. The squat deadlift was a butt killer!!!!

    Before I share my terrible score, let me first say that I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. That being said, it took me a full 12 mins to finish 2rounds of this deceptively killer workout, and I finished the same reps as Z in 13:40. Looking forward to revisiting this one post-birth. 🙂

    I´ve just signed up again, i had some trouble with my credit card but everything´s fine again so I can´t wait to do this workout once i´m home tonight!!

    Did this right after dragging my sorry self thru 15 minute fat burner 6. Made it thru 2 rounds and 10 hi knees and used 26 lbs for the deadlifts.

    My old score in 2013 was 2 rounds + 100 high knees + 20 reptile burpees (no jump rope and a 20lb KB). This time, i completed 2 rounds + 100 JR high knees + 15 reptile burpees (using a 30lb KB). I was hoping to beat my score, but I’m quite content with being able to do JR no problem now and using a heavier KB. I think the fact that I’m starting a head cold likely affected my cardio too. This 10min workout was deceivingly difficult!
