I’ve been a lazy person my entire life… Never really bothering to move my body and i was starting to show it physically… I always assumed it was too hard for me to do, to workout the way a fit woman does…. But you made it seem possible for me to do… i like seeing how you struggle completing the workouts as well and it helps me realize that if it was easy, everyone would do it! I feel better about myself when i finish a workout… I haven’t felt accomplished in a long time but honestly this fitness routine i’ve gotten into has really boosted my self worth. Thank you so much for making it easy and accessible for us to follow along with you.

Hi Warriorz,
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue that I am, and am hoping to get some words of wisdom from some of you awesome ladies. I started working out with Z back in January, and I’m now in the best shape of my life and feel stronger and better than I ever have. The only weird thing is that I’m not getting my period. I was still nursing my son when I started with Zgym, but I stopped nursing nearly six months ago, and still no period. I do 1-2 workouts (usually one, but two on the weekends or other non-work days) a day, plus about 10-15 min. each of ab and butt focused work that’s not cardio intensive. I eat a ton, including a ton of healthy fats and lots of organic veggies from the local farms and good meat. Still, I’m wondering if my body fat percentage could be too low, or if I’m just over exercising. I don’t feel overly taxed, in fact working out is what keeps me sane and makes me feel great, so i really don’t want to cut back on my routine, but I know there are potentially long-term problems with not menstruating. Anyone have some knowledge and experience in this department? Thanks!

Yipee made it! After the homework I thought I was dead, it was hard, I tried to follow your pace but you were slightly faster in the burpees. GREAT FUN, I feel the fat burning!!! (and hopefully melting)

last time I did 2 rounds plu 9 reptiles..this time was 2 rounds plus 6 reptiles…I am gonna blame the time it took me to put the checkmark on my book after every round or the fact that I did this one after the lifted butt series homework 😛
