It was really brutal, especially Pike Jumps to Jump up 🙂 Great workout! Thanks, Zu! I completed 3 rounds + 10 Pike Jumps to Jump up + 4 Sumo Push Ups (20 Side Jump Lunges in each round).

This was a good one to do after Black Diamond #5. I got in 5 rounds. Could have done better if it was not a finisher, but it added that cardio burn that i love so much

Until I get a heavy enough kettlebell, I don’t think the new 10 minute AMRAPs will be effective, so I dug this one up and YOWZA! I went faster on reps sometimes but then just took a break until Z went to the next move. I LOOOOOOOVE Pike jumps so very much. My body loves being upside down!

I lost count if i did 3 or 4 full rounds 😫 and a last round where i did jump lunges before push ups and managed 6 push ups in the end. 20 jump lunges with 10 kg KB. Felt amazing!
