This is very hard workout, especially push ups for me. But anyway I little beaten your score and completed 6 full rounds and 10 reps of 1 exercise!

Very hard!! 7 rounds but did donkey kicks instead of pikes. Time for homework!

Finished! The push ups always slow me down, but I managed to be faster with the other exercises. So I finished 6 rounds and 9 reps of the first exercise.
After that I did the lifted butt homework from yesterday and today (swings and lunges)… These homeworks totally kill me!

Was that only 10 minutes? I am FRIED! I did 6 rounds + 6 pike jump/jump up + 6 sumo push ups. Then I fniished the round for 7 full rounds in 10 minutes and 30 seconds. Happy Friday!

I thought we were doing 20 side jump lunges? Anyway, that was HARD! I subbed some of the dump pushups for diagonal reptiles (if that’s what it is called where you swing the back k foot from the opposite side and then to your elbow). 143 calories. Now on to the 5 minute workout and then the homework….

The original amount of reps for Side Jump Lunges was 20 (10 reps per leg). I am going to do 20 reps. π

In the video you did 10 side jump lunges. Are we supposed to do 20? Either way, this looks like a killer. π I will go ahead and stick with 20. π
