    I’m still pegged to your pace; noticed I have to work on my pikes , I then noticed I wasn’t positioning my hands correctly…Am so happy homework is “Bridges”, yesterday I was dead…I’m doing yoga in the morning to catch up with the arm balance and after the umptieth Chatarunga those one hand push-ups yesterday were deadly..But GREAT WORKOUT thanks!!!

    I did 6 Rounds + 10 Pike Jump Ups. Yay me!!!–Can hardly wait to workout with you in person Zuz!! I just know it will be amazing ๐Ÿ™‚

      Lucky! I have to laugh when she says she is a “regular” person(in reference to the magazine cover contest). Pretty sure i would be more excited and in awe to meet her than about any “celebrity”.

    This one looks fun and like a good one to do with a yoga work out and arm balance. Ha! Zuzka beat her time because she did not do the 20 reps of side jump lunges! LOL She has to do this over and report in to us.

    Just shy of 5 rounds for me, but i did 20 of the side jump lunges. Pretty sure i have lead weights for feet and butt though because i definitely cant get as much air on the pike jumps!

    I was able to do 6 rounds and 2 pike jumps (I did only 10 each leg on side lunges). My pike jumps did not go up as high as yours, at first, so maybe it would have taken more time. I was scared! LOL Until the end then I got bold LOL I feel awesome though! Woo! ๐Ÿ˜€ Thank you!

    Hi Zu…nice workout! I am doing only 3 rounds today (maybe a 5 min workout!!!) because I am feeling very tired. It is very hot and my body is still getting used to the raise in temperature that happened suddenly. I am not feeling well since last two days! Anyways…excuses apart…next time I will do all rounds. See you all, have a nice weekend everybody!

    6 rounds and 10 pike jumps. Caught a few handstands in those pike jumps.๐Ÿ˜Š Added today’s homework and I was a sweaty, happy, mess. It’s nice how these challenging workouts put you in a good mood. Thanks- hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
