    I completed 7 rounds but seriously, my pike jumps were so lame and my push ups so short that it’s cheating !!!! I’m not really happy with myself right now but I’m trying to be patient with my recovery … still I’m sweating so that’s okay, I wish I had time to do another one but I really need to sleep haha ! Have a blast guys and thank you Zuzka for pushing us every day 🙂

        I’m doing great, and thank you so much for asking sweetie ! My recovery is pretty good, even if I have some difficulties with certain moves and I can’t lift too much weights, but I’m getting there 😀

    not a huge fan of this one…I stink at pike jumps. I managed 3 rounds plus, 1 + 2.

    3 full rounds plus 6 pike jumps….It’s amazing how bad I am at those! lol

    5 full rounds + 3 sumo push ups…did 20 side jump lunges…I am wiped out! This could have been an awesome 5 min workout after the first round I was already breathing hard

    my pike jump ups are much improved and the push ups too! I am proud that even though I had to slow the pace at times I didn’t stop once to take a break even when my husband thought I was dying based on the sounds I was making

    did the LBS homework as a buy in…thanks for mentioning it in the comments I almost forget about it

    8 rounds with good form but prob could have been a little better on the pike jumps first time doing them and felt a little strange at first.

    I did 4 rounds but did 20 side jump lunges. My arms burn!
    Sorry to be that person, and I’m sure someone already pointed it out, but there’s a typo in your book preorder page. There’s three ‘c’s in access (acccess). If I’m the millionth person to tell you this, I’m sorry! You deserve all the success with this book because you are awesome! Definitely preordering!

    I decided I wanted to do a bit of strength this morning also.
    So I did b/ strength 1 befor this with 12lb weights .
    Oh dear I underestimated the intensity of this one .Did it though and feeling wiped out but good 😅😅😅
