Sometimes it takes only 10 minutes and basic bodyweight exercises to get you completely wiped out. I love coming back to these old classics and challenge myself to beat my old personal record, because it’s really awesome to see what happens if you stay consistent with your training and fitness. Your body can remain strong and looking fit and healthy for a really long time, if you take care of it. How long have you been keeping yourself in shape? Share your story in the comments!

    I done this zwow last week and I have to say, it is a hard one. I was struggling with the bottom switch pistol a lot. I will give it a go tomorrow morning again. Hope I will be better at it. Have a good day everybody xxx

    Your workouts are always innovative… But naughty naughty 😉 the first exercise is a real killer. I’m stretching extensively and training it first this morning before trying the whole workout out later. I don’t manage the pistol squats low enough but I’ll try it with a support..:-)

    challenge friday! 🙂 my first wo was ZCUT power abs#1 – warmed up, haha! 😉
    after first round of ZWOW #12 I changed the pistols into skater squats because the pistols took me much time. (still I don’t find the momentum to come up of the squat position as explosive as you do)
    I did 3 full rounds + 10 skater squats + 20 low jacks + 5 dynamic burpees.

    dear Zuzka, I LOVE your workouts! during the last months I tried some other workout styles. but they all lead me back to you. your workouts are ALWAYS both fun and challenge! they fit me like my fav sports dress 🙂 :-*

    I was able to to keep up with you- and beat you by doing 4 more pistol squats! WHEW~ i reaaaaally pushed myself!

    Hi, Zuzka. You have some problems with sound in few last workouts… Sound is only in the left dynamic…

    OK, so you ran away from me in this one by miles!! I took longer every round on the pistols (my nemesis) and the burpees, but did manage to do 3 full rounds and 1 set of pistols. Something to beat next time 😀

    Pistols for me is still hard. 3 rounds and 2 pistols. But pistols were with support. Someday I will do it without support! I believe in!:)

    Hi Zu! I am skipping this one today because of two reasons (hahahha): first I am not able to do first exercise…I have to do it without going all the way down and shift the leg half way down what it is not even half of the intensity as you are doing…and second I have Muay Thai class today so my legs would pain a lot and I can not kick properly if I workout my legs just before the class. So I hope to do this on Sunday! Today I will go for 5 min workout and some yoga after that. See you, take care.
