Sometimes it takes only 10 minutes and basic bodyweight exercises to get you completely wiped out. I love coming back to these old classics and challenge myself to beat my old personal record, because it’s really awesome to see what happens if you stay consistent with your training and fitness. Oh, I can’t wait to do this one! It looks like a fun one!
I’ve been working out pretty much all my life (I’m 34 now) — as a kid in middle/high school, my parents would give me and my brother incentives for jogging (every time we reached 50 miles, accumulated, we would get a CD). Through and after college I added in Martial Arts (mixed styles) for self defense (and was addicted!) 😀 as well as some mountain biking (We have a trail up the road, so I still love mixing in rides). I loooooooove these workouts since the moves are always mixed up, keeping things exciting/interesting! I get so excited checking out each new workout — it’s the highlight of my morning! 🙂 AND, even being active all my life, my abs have taken definition, when they hadn’t before! Something I have always wanted!! 😀 (So thank you, Zuzka, for your fun, awesome workouts!!!)

Feeling extra sore, tired, and struggling with the pistols this morning so I was discouraged and almost didn’t do this one! But I did and finished 3 rounds + 5 pistols, and I feel much better after! I’ll beat my score next time!

ok I”m sitting here watching this morning in my robe and seriously lol’ing…I can do pistols with really no problem but as soon as I saw THIS variation I thought “HA HA HA, the only person on the planet that could do this is Zuzka!” I haven’t tried yet but I will, I just don’t have the highest expectations for myself, lol. Was anyone able to do these????

Awesome! I love working out with you. You help keep me positive and moving forward to my goals. I turned in my NBC live Spartan application and am praying that I make the cut for the live cast. Even if I don’t I will continue on my journey with you and all my new family here in the ZGym. WE CAN DO THIS…. Also wanted to see if you can give me some tips on getting down my pistol squats and pull ups. I have a strong upper body and can do push ups very easily but I’m having a hard time getting the pull ups again. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

I followed Katja & did skater squats instead of pistols,I still felt it in my butt & quads!
I don’t think that I would be this fit & healthy if I didn’t have lymphedema.Some days are tough but with your short intense FUN workouts,I look forward to each days new workout! You have a good thing going here Zuzka,you are one step ahead of the other trainers that I have used – Never stop! 😀

I’m on holiday with no broadband and really missing zgym!! Can’t wait to get home and catch up (tho holiday is fun too ha ha!) I’ve been working out regularly for almost 20 years – yet still enjoying the new challenges and even beating personal bests with zgym. Thank you!!! Xxx
