Sometimes it takes only 10 minutes and basic bodyweight exercises to get you completely wiped out. I love coming back to these old classics and challenge myself to beat my old personal record, because it’s really awesome to see what happens if you stay consistent with your training and fitness.     Hi Zu…I did this one today after KB workout…good wo…pistols I can not do, so I did half way down…dynamic burpees are hard but they are much better now. It seems I am not going to be able to complete the workout till 2 rounds, then after that I become faster and enjoy it more 🙂 strange body! I did 4 rounds and 2 reps of pistols. See you, take care.

    Wow! This is really crazy workout! Zuzka you are so fast with pistols! I was able to do them all the way down without support but it took time, so I did 6 rounds in 20 min + 3 rounds of 5 MINUTE HOTEL ROOM WORKOUT FROM MONTREAL for 16:28. I was all dead in the end.

    Who’d have thought pistols could be so cardio-intense! Will definitely return to this one. Followed Z’s pace.
    83 cals, HR160/174

    Followed this with an old ZShred 12. 198 cals, HR156/172.

    It’s those damn pistols that slowed me down! I did 3 rounds and 7 burpees this time. I cant find my results from last time, but I’m sure i did better. The first and last round I did the full pistols, but the two rounds in the middle I only went halfway down, but I decided it was better to go slow and challenge myself more than go fast, so I went back to full again. One day I’ll be able to do full pistols. Changing at the bottom makes it extra hard too. Thanks again for the great workout.

    Zuzka, many thanks! Today is my birthday and this workout is a great start of the happy day 🙂 I completed 2 rounds + 10 Pistols + 20 Low Jacks + 10 Dynamic Burpees (Pistols with bottom step switch, no jumps).

    Good morning! I have a busy day today with making goodies for Thanksgiving tomorrow. So much to be thankful for each day is a blessing!! This 10 minute workout was perfect…. love the old Zuzka workouts so much fun! Have a happy Thanksgiving everybody

    Im struggling with pistols
    I’ve read comments that girls were doing skaters squats instead, zuzka what are your thoughts on skaters squats?🤔

      196 reps and I tried my best with regular pistols and in first round I tried swapping at the bottom but in next rounds I switched to regular pistols as they’re hards enough for me as they are, I’m anyway proud of myself for not swapping this exercise to some surrender squats or shater squats, I just thought I need to practice and not avoid 🤷😍
