This is not the original ZWOW #13, because I really didn’t like that one. I still remember everything about that workout. Where I shot it, who was with me in the studio and how I felt. I remember thinking: Wow, this workout kinda sucks 🙂 So I decided to change things up, simplify it and make it more challenging. Hope you’ll have fun!

The video was not available 30 minutes ago so I decided to do ZWOW #10 and when I finished I realized that the link for ZWOW #13 had been uploaded so….. I kind of really wanted to do the #13 so I did it anyways 😁 now I’m drained ah ah but it feels awesome and my day is starting perfectly now ah ah

How did I feel doing this workout you ask…………………………………………..
Well, during bunny hops I smashed my toe really hard with a table. Through a LOT of cursing and pain I somehow managed to keep going!!
(On next rounds, I changed the bunny hops to sumo squats + large jump instead…)
So I guess the word is: proud 🙂

ha, it’s weird, cuz I never liked this Zwow either. Not only the routine itself was boring, but also music,atmosphere and you showed that something was wrong about it 🙂
