Here’s the Mystery Workout I promised you guys 🙂 It’s the good old ZWOW #6. It’s definitely an X if you really push yourself. That’s the power of short circuit workouts. No equipment needed, just a competitive attitude. I don’t ever try to compete with others (cause I don’t like losing..just kidding 🙂 lol), but I do compete with myself on a weekly basis. I don’t always manage to beat my own records but at least I have a baseline and know what to aim for.

I remember how hard this workout felt when I did it the first time, and how difficult it was for me to squat jump or do the burpees fast. I was taking short breaks and rubbing my sore legs already during the second round. I did 4 full rounds, and 4 reps of the Side Burpees in the original video and this week I decided to challenge myself to beat my record. I completed 5 full rounds and the entire set of Side Burpees. I was a little nervous, because I’m in Keto and have felt some decrease in strength when doing my workouts the first week while my body was trying to adjust, but this felt really good.     Just remembered this was the FIRST workout I ever did with you, Zuzka, back in 2012…..
    So it’s extra special!

    PS: Managed to do 5 full rounds, and 6th until full burpee set!

    Jayy, guess we could’ve known that the mystery wo might be an old ZWOW, after all everyone’s been asking for them.^^ It’s a great one, will do it tomorrow. Soo looking forward to it. 🙂
    Also I’m super excited for your place, although I like the current studio. But new things are always exciting I guess. Hope everything goes well. 🙂

    Hi Zuzka, just came again to mention that I realized you have lost weight…I do not know if you really lost but just looking at you in the video, first thing I noticed is that you are thinner! I am sure it is because of the Keto diet you just started and I hope your body will settle down with new diet soon. Take care and eat nicely!

    hi guys! just finished my workout! loved it finished 6 rounds! I love the concept of WEM, that way I feel like if I want to eat a nice Firday date night dinner with my hubby after a long, hard work week, well I feel like I earned it! Thanks for being so genuine, encouraging and real Zuzka…I absolutely love you for motivating it all within me to keep going and be healthy!
