Hereโs the Mystery Workout I promised you guys ๐ Itโs the good old ZWOW #6. Itโs definitely an X if you really push yourself. Thatโs the power of short circuit workouts. No equipment needed, just a competitive attitude. I donโt ever try to compete with others (cause I donโt like losing..just kidding ๐ lol), but I do compete with myself on a weekly basis. I donโt always manage to beat my own records but at least I have a baseline and know what to aim for.
I remember how hard this workout felt when I did it the first time, and how difficult it was for me to squat jump or do the burpees fast. I was taking short breaks and rubbing my sore legs already during the second round. I did 4 full rounds, and 4 reps of the Side Burpees in the original video and this week I decided to challenge myself to beat my record. I completed 5 full rounds and the entire set of Side Burpees. I was a little nervous, because Iโm in Keto and have felt some decrease in strength when doing my workouts the first week while my body was trying to adjust, but this felt really good. Not much, because I never have enough time. I like to go play tennis here and there or go for a bike ride. Now we have a good size pool so I’m going to be swimming on top of my workouts.

5 rounds and 7 triple pulse jump squats. killed legs yesterday and did the body crush #3 before this so i’m happy with that ๐

1st time-July 2015- 6 rounds+ 2 reps of exercise 1- 10:00 min
2nd time-Oct 2015-6 rounds+exercises 1 and 3-10:06 min (I changed the order and left burpees to do in the end)- 7 rounds-10:52 min
