Isn’t it so much fun to see your own improvement and progress? I absolutely love going way back to really old workouts that I’ve done couple years ago and prove to myself that you can get fitter as you get older. They say that 30 is a major breaking point and from that point on you’re just getting old. Age is not an obstacle when it comes to fitness, so what are your goals that you would like to achieve within the next 5 years? I have a few, and I can’t wait to get there. It’s fun to have performance goals and it’s something that can keep you motivated a lot more than just your desire to look a certain way.

Hey ladies! 30s or 40s or 50s are just turning points for numbers. Yes, there are metabolic differences and definitely hormonal differences but we can definitely work towards doing better physically, and emotionally in our lives! I am 36, 18 weeks pregnant with my 4th kid and I did better today than when I first did this workout which is 5 or 6 years ago after the birth of my first child, please don’t get disheartened!

Hi everybody, I was wondering if anyone knows the brand of the shoes that Z is wearing? I over pronate and these look nice and stable. Thanks!

I did this today, and wow! I don’t know why it took me so much longer! Although I noticed that I went all the way down with each squat for the fwd/backwd jumps, and also stretched as far as I could with the curty lunges…

I used a 35 lbs kettlebell and it took me just over 17 minutes.

Awesome workout!! Definitely benefited butt and abs and legs. My favs.

Just finished! My time was 19:35, I am wiped. I am not in that great of shape but I am working on that and fighting to be more consistent in my workouts and eating. It is a difficult process and I struggle with making good choices in the eating department. I want to set a good example for my kids, especially my daughter.
