I’ve been with Zuzka since 2018. I remember showing my husband her favorite moves from YouTube and saying, “I want to move like her”. Zuzka has a beautiful body, yes, but she earned it and we can too. I’m grateful that I’ve always loved my body. It’s something my mom taught me. She sent positive body image messages meanwhile noticing when she was getting out of shape. She’s a good eater with her old fashioned cooking that relied on a victory garden. Zuzka was a God send when I finally found her and to think I could do it all from home ❤️. I was recovering from injury at the time and I’m still recovering. I think if you suffer serious injury then you are forced to learn about your body and you never take it for granted again. It’s hard for me because I require so much mobility work. I just did some neck exercises from her wrist mobility workout followed by 50 bicycles. I like hiking for slow steady cardio and riding my bicycle outdoors. I don’t get outside enough 🌳

Lovely. I love everything you just wrote. Your mother is one smart lady if she gave you this preparation for life and you seem like that kind of person one wants to be around😇. And yes Zuzka has gorgeous body. I love how much control she has over her body and how firm her body looks at any moment💪 just great role model. Also, the fact that she started in her 20’s gives me life as there is never late for big things.

Hi Zuzka, I really love the dip bars.. but can’t seem to find any other workouts with them. Even that one is not showing up in the Search Tab under Equipment. Anyone else knows of other workouts with those please?.. or maybe Zuzka can add some new workouts ..:-))) thank you xx

This is late, but it seems the dip bars have been added to the equipment so you can search for them now.
Alternatively you could replace some exercises that use the pull up bar with them (if you want to use them more). This is what I used to do before I got a pullup bar.

This was tough. Did pull ups first 3 sets and last 3 did chin ups. Could not do those 10 reps in a row and had a very thin band. Did 8/8 clean&presses. Wanted to do something for upper body and this did the job! Should probably visit these basics workouts more often. Good stuff here ☺️!
