About the workout schedule

One of my workouts a day is good enough to improve your health and fitness, and get real visible results. If you’re super motivated to get super fast results, you can do the second suggested workout in this schedule, but caution should be taken to ensure that you’re not regressing by draining your energy too much.

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

Monday – 15 Minute Fit Slide #2 (Beat Your Personal Best) + Power yoga of your choice

Your second workout can be Body Crush #22

Tuesday –  Summer Shred #15 X (New in ZGYM) + Power yoga of

Wednesday – Stretch & Tone Workout #5 (New in ZGYM)

Your second workout can be Beginner Cardio #1

Workout Schedule for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

        Not that Fit Slide is a walk in the park! 🙂
        I notice muscles I didn’t even know I had. Fit Slide #2 is my favorite from the series though, very complete and varied.

    I choose Bodycrush for Monday. I love the Slide Series but the sliding movements hurt me :/ strange. Anyway, there are so many workouts to choose from, so I dont care 😀 Zuzi, will you continue with Black Diamond Series? 🙂

    I realize that I also like the new schedules recently. I like to have the newest things within the week, instead of new things during the week-end. So on the week-end I can catch-up some workouts I hadn’t done previously or do recreational activities, without “worrying” that I didn’t miss any post. Also I tend to take rest day on Monday, so it is perfect to have a repeated workout on Monday. Anyhow, I will always adapt. Have a good week.

    Oh thank goodness. Last night I did a sneak peek at Summer Shred # 4 and wondered how I’d survive this week. I’m glad to see Fit Slide today. Last week was tough and I have to admit I was feeling very tired at end of it. Looking forward to all the workouts this week!

    Hi Zu…schedule is a big strange since few weeks repeating 15 Fit Slide wo 2x and Summer Shred. Particularly I do not like to repeat a workout on next week. I would like to see a schedule similar to this:
    1-Upper body wo
    2-Lower body wo
    3-Abs & core wo
    4-15 Fit slide
    5-Stretch & tone wo
    6-5 min wo
    7-Warriorz challenge wo ( warrior wednesday!)- what happened to that? See you, take care

    I did Summer Shred #11 and added rounds to the Buy in and to the last circuit. Great workout for a monday

    I did Summer Schred #4 on monday and it was harder than i thought !!! I find I get super fast results since you put 2 summer schred WO in the schedule of the week !

    I’ve been doing all of the workouts for this week, but found that I was too tired to do power yoga in the end. Its quite challenging, that one. So I will reduce the workouts and keep power yoga on schedule.
