About the workout schedule

One of my workouts a day is good enough to improve your health and fitness, and get real visible results. If you’re super motivated to get super fast results, you can do the second suggested workout in this schedule, but caution should be taken to ensure that you’re not regressing by draining your energy too much.

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

You can also check out my latest weekly Food Journal where I share what I eat on a daily basis.

I suggest you do your Friday high intensity training early in the day and the 5 minute bonus workout at the evening so that you can go out and enjoy your carbs 🙂

Workout Schedule for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

    Hi Zuzka,
    I am so excited about The Abs/upper Inferno! I am still on #2 and am really focusing on building the proper strength and look forward to moving on to more.I do not look at these as my ‘workout” but my practice on skills and building strength as that is what you intended them for, correct? Question: If I do these as intended and really focus on form, patience and not rushing through them, what should I expect to see as they go on? How long do you intend to create them and when and if they come to an end will you give advice on how to progress? Thank you so much. I know i am going on and on about this series but i am really feeling the difference with these in my core and upper body and can already tell how much more graceful i am when i do a body crush. I did the new 12 min this week and moved much more gracefully in the push up movement instead of choppy. I am also adding pull up practice and handstand push ups at the beginning. I can go a quater of the way down and my goal is head touching the ground.
