I’ve been enjoying probably the last days of summer here in L.A. and couldn’t resist to do one more bikini workout ๐Ÿ™‚ even the bruises on my leg didn’t stop me, which reminds me I wanted to warn you from slippery pool sides. Too bad, I didn’t have the camera rolling then. I’d finally make a contribution to one of those popular compilations of fail videos on YouTube.

Have fun with your workout and if you feel like doing more, you can do a few of my 5 minute workouts or repeat this routine 2 or 3 more times! XO Z

 

 

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

Workout Breakdown

1. One leg bridge to Sit up L+R 20X alternating (optional add weights)

2. Leg extension to high plank – Left 10X

3. Leg extension to high plank – Right 10X

4. Plank jack to side stretch – alternating sides 10X

___________________________

1 round – you can challenge yourself and repeat this workout for a total of 3 rounds

    The workout seems to be a little bit different than the breakdown:
    1. One leg bridge to sit up – alternating x 20 (not weighted)
    2. Leg extension to high plank โ€“ left x 10
    3. Leg extension to high plank โ€“ right x 10
    4. Plank jack to side stretch โ€“ alternating x 10

    Z ,you look fantastic, can’t wait to do this later! ๐Ÿ˜€

      I was confused too, thanks for writing it up. I like those mini workout as you can build up from them.either do one slowly or do 3-4 repeats with 1 min /100 jump rope in-between
      Want another level? Add weights

        I think maybe she ended up just writing it up as a timer interval workout to make it exactly 5 minutes for the “5 Minute Workout” title.

            It’s a workout to test your fitness level that she created. It’s a killer. I did it one time and I haven’t done it since. Watch out for those mountain climbers-60 of them. Eeek :-/

      I did the workout like this as well, as I didn’t feel like rushing with a timer, but did 2 rounds. I did it as a nice relaxed workout first thing this morning. I kept the leg extended while doing the high plank though for that little extra booty work, and I liked it that way. I liked the stretch in that last one too, perfect for a light workout like this. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I have to write…what a f…#$%ยจ& ๐Ÿ™‚ amazing and awesome body this woman has! Come on girl…do not do this with us…I was not paying any attention to the exercises ahahhaha but only looking at your abs and back and everything else! This is not fair! Tell us what you did to have such a perfect body!!! Lean with muscles, not masculine at all, sexy and beautiful…and nothing shakes!!! I hate you like Manon says! ๐Ÿ™‚ Anyways let us keep practicing for next 5 years and hope to get something similar to your body after few years..rssss….not sure about it also! kkk Great weekend to all!

    I did this one twice along with 5 minute workout 42 plus the homework for 206 calories burned. Enjoyed the nice easy pace of today because I know what’s conning tomorrow :p

    Sorry Zuzka- enough is enough!!
    I paused the video like 5 times cuz I couldn’t believe that your body is that smooth. I was like:”okaaaay, she’s perfect, but come’on, she has to have at least a little bit of cellulite or maybe stretch marks or spider veins”. And goddammit, you have none of these! ๐Ÿ˜€
    I can’t look at you anymore, you’re too perfect!
    From now on,I’m working out with you with my eyes closed,hahaha ๐Ÿ™‚

      I totally agree with u Magda, she is extreme perfection, no stretch marks, not an inch of fat, completely flawless holy smokes. The body I want:)) I think I’m on board with you girl and have to do these workouts with my eyes closed as well… Haha !!

          Ladies, I think it has a lot to do with her diet and consistency, and definitely genetics and even the camera they are using.

          Body composition, of course, is influenced by exercise, but in my opinion, even more by diet and genetics.

    I was really slow today! I was waiting for the workout to be on line so I could click on the link until finally I realised it was new in Fitness and finally found it!!! I agree with all of the comments above, your figure is really a great motivation, I have started to apply your simple hand measuring way to limit food intake…I just wish I had a bigger hand ha ha ha

    I did this one exactly how it’s written not with reps like the video. I love HIT WOS because I don’t have to count just get through the exercises in good form. Great workout for core and arms. Thanks Zuzka, you look great!
