P.S. Have you seen the VS fashion show? I really liked the part when they showed the angles working out. What did you think?

Hi Zuzka…..I didn’t see the Vickies holiday fashion show; however, I did get there xmas catalog.
One of the first pics in it is a girl in bed with French fries! I just laugh at that and think …really?
How many girls can look like that and eat junk food? I guess it’s fantasy…but not so sure about the message it’s sending to young girls.

I also laugh when ever I look at their models in the catalog section for the workout clothes. I think the poses look fake, and I think those girls have probably never lifted more than 1lb in their lives. lol.

      Anna,
I agree completely on all points regarding the VS models. Very unrealistic and unnatural!! I used to think it would amazing to look like that –but now I think a woman’s body looks so much better with muscles!

do you have an alternative work out recommendation for a harder intensity on the bunny slope wednesdays? or should we just take it easy on these days? i generally do two of your workouts everyday based on your two choices. ๐Ÿ™‚

I just finished this workout and loved it. I prefere AMRAP because the time is limited and you know exactly how much time you have before the workout is done.
I felt some tension in my lower abs for the last two exercices so I did the last one on my back without lifting my shoulderblades. It was easier but I wonder how much time it will take me to recover completly.
However I’m doing my best to get back in shape.

Thank you Zuzka for this series.
