About the workout schedule

One of my workouts a day is good enough to improve your health and fitness, and get real visible results. If you’re super motivated to get super fast results, you can do the second suggested workout in this schedule, but caution should be taken to ensure that you’re not regressing by draining your energy too much.

I’m posting new workouts at midnight (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone, before the day starts. You can find this workout schedule on the right side of each page with links to the new workouts included.

You can also check out my latest weekly Food Journal where I share what I eat on a daily basis.

I decided to add a high intensity workout on Fridays to our weekly schedule because I think we can take it and have just 2 days of easy pace recovery routines. I suggest you do your Friday high intensity training early in the day and the 5 minute bonus workout at the evening so that you can go out and enjoy your carbs 🙂

Workout Schedule for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

    Hi Zuzka! I have a question for you. You said that we should put all our effort in a workout. But still we divide them into Extrime workouts and just hard workouts, so is it enough to have a just hard workout to get in shape or it should be en extreme each time? I don´t mean that I don´t put an effort into a workout and I really feel that I overstep myself but with some extreme workout I am almost dying after…

    Loved this what i needed today. Quick question. You used to post the work out of the day and then the second work out and also a power yoga of our choice. I was doing all 3 and was loving it… just wondering why you only have two work outs posted now.

    Hi Zuzka,

    I’m feeling discouraged:(
    I’ve always been an active person and have done many things over the years. I have never had a problem with my weight (I never weigh myself. Just feel how my clothes fit as a guide). I have a very athletic body. When I turn 30, 4 years ago, I noticed I couldn’t eat what I used to and had to start being more careful about not eat ing so many sweets. I do eat very healthy, protien, good fats, vegetables, etc, but recently I just can’t seem to lose the layer of fat around my lower stomach and hips.
    I had done bikram yoga quite regularly for about 5 years, up until about a year ago when I just couldn’t afford it anymore. I started going to the gym and weightlifting with my husband, and I definitely developed and defined my muscles, but I got bored sooooo quickly. I found your program, and I really enjoy it. I do a workout every morning, push very hard, and feel good sore the next day. I’ve only been doing it for about a month, but I just feel so depressed not to see the fat on my stomach budge one little bit. I’ve noticed more definition in my shoulders, back, and obliques, and I can FEEEEEEEL my abs under my stomach fat. ……but it just doesn’t move:( will my fat ever go away? :(:(:(
    I’m just feeling so discouraged……and guilty, knowing I am already in pretty good shape, and there are people who have a lot more hurdles to overcome than myself…
