Workout Programs for Beginners 

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

    the weekly schedule doesn’t seem to match completely the benchmark challenge. It is listed as bonus (1 round added every day ), but the full 4 rounds for Sunday is not marked. To do everything seems too much…at least to my view. I think I will focus on the benchmark and add skills as bonus so that I am not exhausted by Sunday.

    Crushed today’s workout and did Day 1 of this week’s benchmark! It was tough. It hurt. And oh man. It felt oh SO. GOOOD. I’m super excited for the rest of this week, and doubling my workouts with the daily benchmarks. I love challenges, and this one is AWESOME!! Thank you Zuzka!!!
