Weekly Workout Schedule - The Week of November 5th

Workout Schedules | November 05, 2017

Thank you all for participating in the ZGYM Push Up Challenge on Instagram, I really enjoyed watching your videos and seeing your passion and creativity. I will announce the winner tomorrow on my IG account @ZuzkaLight

Here’s the entire list of my EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

SummerShred#26-F

Here’s your daily bonus:

You can add an extra burn bonus workout after your main training. I suggest the Legs Like a Dancer #1  or Legs Like a Dancer #2 or #3, 3-4 times a week if you want to see really great muscle tone in your legs and glutes. You can also add any workout from the Stretch & Tone series to your daily training. In the video from one of the previous weeks I explain why is it not a good idea to do 2 high intensity workouts a day and why I encourage you to choose an easy pace workout as your second workout of the day.

Workout Programs for Beginners

If you’re a beginner and you have just joined ZGYM™ for the first time, you should be focusing on building your strength and endurance via beginner workouts so that you can eventually progress to workout series such as Cardio Shred, Body Crush, Kettlebell Workouts,  Jump Rope Cardio, etc.

If you stay consistent and workout daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that everything takes time and practice, but nothing is impossible. EXERCISE DAILY!

Here’s a 12 week Cardio & Strength Starter Program – If this program turns out to be too hard, you can do the free 9 week  Bunny Slope Program for complete Beginners.

Zuzka, Thank you for Coffee Talk and New Schedule. I’ve been waiting for this for so much. I like your positive and funny way of introducing your favorite drinks 😉 . I like “Kombucha”, I have drink it since childhood. We called it “Mushroom tea”.

Also, I’m passionate about new “Kettlebell Fit Slide for Beginners” and “Legs Like a Dancer”, and horrified (in good meaning of this word) about “300 killer rep” 🙂 🙂 🙂

Zuzka, THANK YOU so much for the Kombucha info !! I love drinking it (we don’t find it at the store here so i’ll have to make it myself) but I always avoided drinking it because I thought it is sugary. Thank you for explaining that it’s not. ❤️❤️❤️ Awesome coffee talk. Have a wonderful day!

So excited for the new Legs Like a Dancer and KB Fit Slide! 🙂 And thank you for the coffee talk! 🙂 I was thinking just yesterday that it has been a long time since the last coffee talk (not complaining at all 😀 )… I am always excited for your short weekly workout schedule videos, they are like a small coffee talk for me. 🙂 Anyways…the coffee talk was very informative…and I will definitely try the green smoothie, sounds really yummy. 🙂 We’ve been making our own kombucha drink at home for several years and it really does have a lot of health benefits, including the boost of imunity! 🙂 And I also have to say that I really enjoyed the last part of the coffee talk when you were introducing red wine, it was really funny. 😀

haha for the red wine gone right into kombucha : ) I hate the taste of wine the only way I enjoy drinking it is to mix it with coke – half half. And yes I know coke has sugar but sacrifice needs to be made to get the resveratrol in.

    tulsa, ok

You had me laughing a few times on this one! You crack me up! I loved the idea of combining the kombucha and red wine. Never thought to do that, but it’s brilliant! I’m glad you posted this because my fiancé and I have been talking about trying to make out own lately, so we’ll see how that goes. I work in a spa where we infuse our water daily with different combinations of herbs and fruit, and now I find plain water boring, haha! Not really, but it’s definitely spoiled me : ). Great coffee talk! Thanks again Z!!
